By using the finite element software ANSYS to section flexural bearing capacity of CFRP reinforced concrete nonlinear finite element a-nalysis, and use the unit to simulate the secondary stress for life and death, compared with the test results, the results show that ANSYS simula-tion value is good agreement with the test results, can be used for reference in the practical engineering. Reinforcement will affect the reinforce-ment effect of the initial load, before try to uninstall in the actual project, ensure the CFRP reinforcement effect.%利用ANSYS有限元软件对碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁正截面受弯承载力进行非线性有限元分析，并利用生死单元模拟二次受力，与试验值对比，结果表明：ANSYS模拟值与试验值吻合较好，可供实际工程参考。加固前的初始荷载会影响加固效果，在实际工程中尽量卸载，保证碳纤维布加固效果。
