This paper introduced the community water supply and drainage, heating installation common pipeline materials, analyzed one by one the common water leakage reasons of pipeline system, and from raw materials, construction process quality control, master degree of construction technology, construction interface and buried pipeline discussed the prevent and control measures of pipeline system leakage, in order to reduce leakage phenomenon occurrence.%介绍了小区给排水、暖气安装常用的管材，对管道系统常见的漏水原因进行了逐一分析，并从原材料、施工过程质量控制、施工工艺的掌握度、施工接口及埋地管道等方面探讨了管道系统渗漏的预防控制措施，以减少渗漏现象发生。
