According to the summery of the development and construction experience of the urban waterfronts at abroad, the paper, combining with the development design of the Dongtinghu section in Yueyang city, explores from the functional distinguishing of waterfronts, the construction of the public space, the establishment of hydrophilic space, and the organization of traffic system, so as to provide the scientific direction for the planning of the waterfronts.%通过对国外城市滨水区的开发建设经验总结,结合岳阳市洞庭湖段的开发设计,从滨水区的功能区分、公共空间的构建、亲水空间的打造、交通系统的组织等方面展开探讨,以期为滨湖规划提供科学指导。
