简述了价值工程的基本理论,指出价值工程原理是通过分析产品功能和成本之间的关系,力求以最低的产品成本可靠地实现产品必要功能。然后以工程项目为价值分析对象,分析了价值工程在工程项目各个环节中的实际应用,对推动资源优化配置,增创企业效益具有重要意义。%This paper briefly introduced the basic theory of value engineering,pointed out that value engineering principle could reliably achieve the necessary function of product based on the lowest product cost,through the analysis on the relationship of product function and cost.Finally taking the project as value analysis object,analysed the practical application of value engineering in each link of engineering project,had important significance to promote the optimal allocation of resources,increase profit of enterprise.
