On the basis of understanding the content of station alteration project,this thesis discusses cost control of station alteration project from aspects of features,construction problems,main countermeasures and so on,and proposes some suggestions of cost control,which has certain reference meaning for similar project.%在了解站改项目内容的基础上,从站改项目的特点、施工中存在的问题、主要对策措施等方面论述了站改项目的成本控制,并提出了有关成本控制的几点建议,对同类项目有一定的借鉴作用。
