From the design structures, the mix proportion, the construction and the structural loading, the paper analyzes the reasons for the cracks on the concrete structure, illustrates the construction craft and procedure for the maintenance of the cracks with the grouting method, and points out the operation points and precautions of all the procedures, so as to direct the practice.%从设计构造、配合比、施工及结构受荷四方面入手，分析了混凝土结构产生裂缝的原因，着重阐述了采用注浆法修补裂缝的施工工艺及流程，并指出各工序中操作要点及注意事项，以期指导实践。
