From the engineering practical process of the commercial buildings in Dongzhimen traffic hub, the paper analyzes a series problems in the process, and considers the design stage of the large-scale commercial architectural scheme from the fire-fighting evacuation and creation of the commercial space, so as to direct the design for the similar commercial programs in future.%从东直门交通枢纽中商业建筑部分的工程实践过程，分析所遇到的一系列问题，从消防疏散和商业空间的营造两个方面，阐述了对大型商业建筑方案设计阶段的思考，以期指导今后同类商业建筑项目的设计工作。
