Taking science development view as guidance, this paper elaborated the concepts and connotations of green and green building, pointed out that promoting construction of green building had great significance to ecological environment, proposed the necessity of green construction and the suggestions of green building construction.%以科学发展观为指导，阐述了绿色和绿色建筑的概念及内涵，指出提倡建设绿色建筑对生态环境具有重要意义，提出了建设绿色建筑的必要性及建设绿色建筑的建议。
