Through introducing the construction process of ：tong spiral drilled press-grouting pile and post inserted reinforcing steel bar in measuring and scientific research building No. 18 of Beijing No.304 institution, the construction technology is understood, special situation occurring in pile construction process is analyzed too. Practice proves that the technology has good effect, which is worth promoting.%通过北京三零四所18号计量科研实验大楼工地采用长螺旋钻孔泵压混凝土后插筋灌注桩的施工过程，了解该类型桩的施工工艺，对该桩在施工过程中出现的特殊情况进行了分析。通过实践证明，该技术效果良好，值得推广应用。
