结合鲁南地区的特点，以蔬菜大棚采暖技术为切入点，在新材料技术、改善建筑结构，以及引导改变行为方式等方面研究了本地区的节能采暖问题，以期通过优化改良的新型住宅设计更好地达到节能减排的目的。%This paper regards the whole developing process of the highway from initiation research to getting older to mining as different stage of human beings in lifetime, and respectively describes matters needing attention as different phases, such as scheme study, beforehand prepara- tion, construction, and service and so on, with a view to guide practice.
