This paper analysed the bottling, hole deviation, hole collapse, line blockage and other quality problems in the construction process of road and bridge pile foundation, elaborated the causes of each kind of problems, and respectively introduced the treatment methods and pre- ventive measures of each kind of quality problems, in order to guide practice, ensured the quality of road and bridge pile foundation.%针对路桥桥梁桩基施工过程中出现的缩颈、孔斜、塌孔、卡管等质量问题进行了分析，阐述了每种问题产生的原因，并分别介绍了每种质量问题的处理方法及预防措施，以期指导实践，确保公路桥梁桩基质量。
