This paper regards the whole developing process of the highway from initiation research to getting older to mining as different stage of human beings in lifetime, and respectively describes matters needing attention as different phases, such as scheme study, beforehand preparation, construction, and service and so on, with a view to guide practice.%将公路从立项研究到老化丧失使用功能的过程比作人类生命的不同阶段，分别阐述了方案研究、事前准备、施工中、投入使用等不同时间段需注意事项，以期指导实践。
