In light of quality problems of current domestic building engineering project,the paper describes the significance of quality management and controlling work in the building construction process,and analyzes main factors influencing engineering quality,and then puts forward and specifically introduces effective measures of engineering quality management and control,so as to guide practice.%针对我国当前建筑工程项目中的质量问题,阐述了建筑施工过程中质量管理和控制工作的重要性,分析了影响工程质量的主要因素,提出了工程质量管理与控制的有效措施并作了详细介绍,以期指导实践。
