Combining with many years＇ construction practice,this thesis explores the site management of building construction project,respectively expounds basic principles and main contents of site management of construction project,and mainly describes main measures applied in construction field management including safety management,material management,quality management,and schedule management and so on,with a view to guide practice.%结合多年施工实践,探讨了建筑施工项目现场管理工作,分别介绍了施工项目现场管理的基本原则和主要内容,着重阐述了施工现场管理的几项主要措施,包括安全管理,材料管理,质量管理,进度管理等方面,以期指导实践。
