Based on specific engineering implementation,this paper puts forward significance and emergency for solving the problem of rigour of HDPE bellows weld,establishes targets according to status,finds out and studies main factors influencing the rigour,and finally formulates measures and inspects the operation effect.As a result,it effectively improves the detection qualified rate of the rigour of HDPE bellows joint.%通过具体工程实施,提出解决HDPE波纹管接口焊缝严密性问题的重要性和迫切性,从而针对现状情况确立目标,找出了影响严密性的主要原因,制定相应措施并进行效果检查,有效提高了HDPE波纹管接口严密性检测合格率。
