Based on actual engineering,this paper explores and analyzes problems easily occurring in structural design of bottom frame-seismic masonry house,and make structural designers of avoiding making such mistakes in engineering practice,so as to ensure the engineering quality.%基于实际工程,对底部框架—抗震墙砌体房屋结构设计中容易出现的问题进行了探讨和分析,以使建筑结构设计人员在以后工程实践中少犯或不犯类似错误,以确保工程质量。
