According to analyze the requirements for the safety supervision of the supervision departments in the relative laws,regulations and rules of China,the study points out the safety supervision has been the essential part of the supervision departments,identifies the work contents of the safety supervision in the construction preparation stage,the construction stage,the complete acceptance stage,and points out the work procedure and controlling measures in the safety supervision,so as to direct the practice.%通过分析现行国家有关法律、法规及规定对监理单位安全监理的要求,指出了安全监理已成为监理单位项目监理中非常重要的一部分,明确了施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段安全监理的工作内容,提出了安全监理的工作程序和控制措施,以指导实践。
