Based on summarizing the significance and feasibility of developing green building,the paper analyzes some problems existing in developing green building,puts forward relevant suggestions,such as perfecting management mechanism and implementing support policy and so on,so as to promote comprehensive green building development and to realize the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.%在总结发展绿色建筑的重要性及可行性的基础上,分析了目前发展绿色建筑存在的一些问题,提出了建立健全管理机制,落实扶持政策等相关建议,从而推进绿色建筑的全面发展,实现节能减排的战略目标。
