The paper introduces the damage detection of the concrete structure after the earthquake and the procedure for the emergency evaluation,makes out the evaluation standards for the damage detection methods for the earthquake-damaged structures and the structural comprehensive damages,points out the rapid evaluation methods for the retained seismic bearing capacity of the earthquake-damaged structures,and provides certain direction for the rapid damage evaluation of the concrete structures after the earthquakes.%介绍了四川茂县灾后农房重建的现状,通过山西援建技术人员多形式、多视角、多层次的技术指导工作,推进了农房重建的整体质量和抗震设防,为我国灾后农房重建积累了许多宝贵经验。
