According to the cases of the energy consumption of the existing buildings and the investigation over the energy-saving reconstruction in Xi＇an,the paper sums up the larger energy-saving reconstruction potential of the existing public buildings in Xi＇an,and analyzes the effective measures for the energy-saving reconstruction of the existing buildings and the limits in the energy-saving reconstruction of the current existing buildings in Xi＇an,so as to realize the steady foundation for the architectural energy-saving.%通过对西安市既有公共建筑能耗案例及节能改造工作的调查,总结出西安市既有公共建筑具有较大的节能改造潜力,并分析了既有建筑进行节能改造的有效措施及西安市现行的既有建筑节能改造工作中所存在的局限性,为实现真正的建筑节能打下坚实基础。
