对现阶段的工程量清单计价的结算模式进行了初步分析,指出了现阶段结算模式下可能出现的部分问题,提出了认真贯彻实施施工图审查制度、加强对设计资质的管理、加强对招标代理造价咨询企业的管理、建立工程担保和工程保险制度、完善风险转移体系等解决措施,以期指导实践。%The paper has the primary analysis of the settlement pattern of the current engineering bill pricing,points out some possible problems under the current settlement pattern,and points out some solution measures,that is the inspection system of the construction graphs should be implemented cautiously,the management of the design standards,the cost consultation enterprises of the bidding agent be improved,the systems for the engineering bonding and the engineering insurance be established,and risk transfer system be improved,so as to guide practice.
