Through introducing the development concept of Nantaibai mountain, the paper comprehensively analyzes the environmental capacity and eeologieal benefit of Nantaibai mountain, and points out mutual development concept of environmental development and social economy in Nantaibai mountain development and promotes the economic development with natural resources, with a view to better protect eeologieal environ- ment and to realize sustainable development.%通过对南太白山开发理念的介绍,就南太白山地区的环境容量及生态效益进行了全面分析,指出在南太白山开发利用的规划中,充分体现了环境保护与社会经济共同发展的理念,以自然资源促经济发展,以期更好的对生态环境加以保护,达到社会发展的可持续化。
