The thesis analyzes the low-cost housing construction quantity in Guangdong province, and respectively makes scientific prediction from aspects of per-capita income and comparison of national housing price with same income, so as to provide certain guidance for the low-cost housing construction in other regions in future.%针对广东省保障性住房建设数量进行了分析，分别从人均收入、同等收入情况、国家房屋均价比较等方面入手作了科学预测，从而为今后其他地区的保障性住房建设提供了一定指导。
