针对某县城水源地供水失败的现象，从当地降水因素，供水管网施工方面分析了造成这种现象的原因，阐述了近远期城镇供水规划，提出了改造维修供水管网的措施，以期有效解决县城供水问题，达到充分利用水资源的目的。%According to the water supply failure phenomena of a county water head, this paper analysed the reasons for this phenomenon from the local rainfall factors, water supply pipe network construction aspects, elaborated the near and long term water supply planning, put forward the measures for renovation and repair of water supply pipe network, in order to effectively solve the problem of county water supply, so as to make full use of water resources.
