Based on the application of cement mixing pile, the paper introduces the technological conditions of pile machine orientation and cement mixing fabrication, analyzes the main quality control points, and shows quality control methods. Results show that the construction technology and quality control method can effectively reinforce the soft soil foundation in pipeline engineering. Therefore, it achieves great achievements.%通过水泥搅拌桩的实际应用，详细介绍了桩机就位、水泥浆配置等工艺条件，并就工艺条件中的主要质量控制点进行了分析，给出了质量控制的方法。结果证明采用此施工工艺和质量控制方法可以对管道工程中的软基进行有效加固，取得良好的效果。
