论房建职工技术素质滑坡的成因与培训对策

         

摘要

结合多年职工培训经验,总结了阻碍房建企业整体发展的不良因素,并分析其原因,从目前房建职工文化程度、年龄结构、工种结构、技术素质等方面入手,提出了房建职工培训教育的基本对策,并作了具体阐述,以指导房建公司人力资源管理工作。%Combining with many-year staff training experience, the study sums up the unfavorable factors which hamper the whole development of the house construction enterprises, analyzes their reasons, points out the basic strategies for the professional education of the house construction staff from the degree of education, the age structure, the structure for the type of work, and the technological quality, and has the factual illustration, so as to direct the human resource management of house construction companies.
