通过对馨瑞家园高层建筑的沉降观测方案从仪器设备、人员素质、观测周期、观测方法等方面的选择，从技术质量角度考虑，对技术质量问题方面提出预防措施，并对观测成果进行分析总结，为今后的沉降观测工作总结出了先进的测量经验方法，便于今后的高层沉降观测工作。%Through selecting the subsidence detection scheme of Xinrui high-rise building from aspects of instrumental equipment, personnel quality, detection cycle and detection methods and so on, starting from the single of technological quality, the paper puts forward preventive measures to technological quality problems, and analyzes and summarizes the detection achievements, which has accumulated advanced measur- ing experience of subsidence detection and will be some help for high-rise building subsidence detection in future.
