结合工作实践，对展览企业项目实施全过程预算编制进行了分析，从施工单位的角度对预算编制进行了论述，提出了分阶段编制的方法，解决了预算编制不准确、不客观的问题。%Combining with working practice, the paper analyzes the budge compilation of project implantation process, discusses the budget com- pilation from aspect of construction unit, and puts forward compilation method at various phases. As a result, it solves some problem of inaccurate and subjective budget compilation.
