The study introduces the status for the construction supervision in Jincheng, analyzes the reasons for some problems including the un- balanced development of supervision enterprises, and insufficient supervision personnel, and so on, and points out some suggestions to improve the construction supervision, so as to direct the practice.%简要介绍了晋城市建设监理工作的现状，针对存在的监理企业发展不平衡，监理人员业务水平不高等问题形成的原因进行了分析，并对如何提高建设监理工作提出了一些建议，以期指导实践。
