In light of how to reduce the existing railway tunnel operation safety in the new tunnel construction as much as possible, taking new Ningde Baima harbor railway branch line Tianchishan tunnel and the accomplished Hang-Shen railway Tianchishan tunnel as the examples, the paper analyzes the engineering characteristics, lists relevant engineering measures, and describes corresponding construction scheme, which has provided certain guidance for similar engineering.%针对如何确保新建隧道的施工尽可能少的影响既有隧道运营安全这一课题,以新建宁德白马港铁路支线天池山隧道与已建成通车的杭深铁路天池山隧道为例,分析其工程特点,列举相关工程措施,描述相应施工方案,为同类工程提供指导。
