This paper analyzed the prevalence of problems existed in present property management industry, and discussed the main five sides of problems, pointed out that property management of residential districts should management and service in accordance with the Property Management Services Contract and Property Management Regulations and other related policies and regulations, the healthy development of property management need the government attention and whole society joint efforts.%对目前物业管理行业中普遍存在的问题进行了分析,指出住宅小区物业管理应依据《物业服务委托合同》《物业管理条例》等相关政策法规进行管理与服务,物业管理的健康发展需要政府的重视和全社会的共同努力。
