Combining with the regular construction methods and craft principle of the bored piles,the paper analyzes some problems in the construction process,including the asymmetry of verticality and axis,the drill shedding and the hole wall collapse,and illustrates the reasons for these problems,the prevention measures and treatment methods,so as to direct the practice.%结合钻孔灌注桩常规施工方法及工艺原理,针对施工过程中常见的垂直度及轴线偏位,钻头脱落,孔壁坍塌等问题进行了分析,阐述了问题产生的原因,预防措施及处理方法,以期指导实践。
