针对目前工程建设项目招标中恶意低价中标现象,探讨了具体的防范措施,提出应从投标人的筛选,招标文件的报价要求,评标办法的设置及承包合同等方面入手,加强防范,从各个环节避免恶意低价中标行为。%The paper explores some factual prevention measures towards those malicious acceptance of bidding at lower price in current construction programs,points out the prevention should start from the selection of bidders,the pricing requirement of bidding documents,the allocation of the bidding evaluation methods and the contract,so as to strengthen the prevention and avoid these malicious acceptance behavior at all steps.
