Through the analysis this paper pointed out that the externality of renewable energy building was the essential reason to hinder the promotion application of renewable energy building,so we should strengthen to establishment more perfect applications promotion mechanism of renewable energy building,so made the building industry to a low energy consumption,less pollution direction development,and respectively elaborated construction principle,specific framework thinking and other contents,in order to guide practice.%通过分析指出可再生能源建筑的外部性是阻碍可再生能源建筑应用推广的本质原因,因此应加大力度建立完善可再生能源建筑应用推广机制,使建筑行业朝着低能耗,少污染的方向发展,分别阐述了相关构建原则,具体框架思路等内容,以指导实践。
