针对我国工程量清单计价在招投标中存在的问题,分别从工程量清单计价的含义、特点及应注意的事项等方面进行了介绍,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期使招投标工作更加公开、公平、科学、合理,对提高工程建设的造价管理水平具有重要意义。%In light of problems existing in bidding of domestic bill of quantities,the paper respectively introduces the definition,features and matters of bill of quantities,and puts forward corresponding improving measures,with a view to make bidding more openly,fair,scientific and rational,which has significant meaning for improving the cost management level of engineering construction.
