The paper detects the residential concrete masonry wall cracks after flat-to-slopping transformation in Lishui region,carries out wall cracking examination calculation with temperature stress approximation calculation method.Through analysis,it finds out that： hipped roof is a feasible methods to controlling concrete masonry wall temperature cracks.%对丽水地区某＂平改坡＂后的混凝土砌块墙体房屋住宅裂缝进行观测,并采用温度应力近似计算方法进行墙体开裂校核计算,经分析可得：采用坡屋顶对控制混凝土砌块墙体温度裂缝是一种行之有效的方法。
