This paper introduced the characteristic and production process of common factory production concrete precast pile in market,and compared the pipe pile and hollow square pile from the protective layer thickness,concrete reinforcement ratio,amount of concrete,pile cap and other aspects of prestressed concrete reinforced,through the compare and analysis showed that the related technology of hollow square pile was still not enough mature,existed the protective layer thickness low,reinforcement ratio small of reinforced concrete,the pile quality of pile body was out of control and other aspects.%介绍了市场上常见的工厂化生产的混凝土预制桩桩型特点及其生产工艺,并从预应力钢筋混凝土保护层厚度、钢筋配筋率、混凝土用量、承台等方面对管桩与空心方桩进行了比较,通过比较分析得出：空心方桩相关工艺至今仍不够成熟,存在钢筋混凝土的保护层厚度低、配筋率小、桩身的成桩质量得不到控制等缺点。
