Through involved in a domestic inland key project of large cubic metro of earth and stone field leveling blasting control technology and safety control management, obtained rich experience in blasting flying rock control. This article briefly introduces the causes of flying rock, and proposed various kinds of protection technical control measures, which has practice significance to cubic metro of earth and stone in blasting technology and blasting safety management.%通过国内内陆某重点项目大型土石方场平工程爆破控制技术和安全控制管理，获得了爆破飞石控制的若干经验，简要介绍了爆破飞石产生的原因，并提出了爆破飞石防护的各项技术控制措施，对土石方爆破技术和爆破安全管理具有实践意义。
