简要介绍了我国建筑节能改造工作现状，针对太原市某既有公共建筑节能改造工程进行了研究，分别对该建筑不同部位围护结构节能参数进行了计算，从而确定了改造方法及基层处理措施，为今后类似节能改造工程提供了参考。%The paper briefly introduces the energy-saving reconstruction of buildings in China, researches the energy-saving reconstruction projects of some existing public building in Taiyuan, calculates the energy-saving parameter of different enclosure structures of the building, and i- dentifies the reconstruction methods and the foundation layer treatment measures, so as to provide some reference for similar energy-saving recon- struction projects in future.
