The paper analyzes the current status for the general supervisors at middle and small supervision enterprises in China, points out some difficulties for the supervisors at middle and small supervision enterprises, including the unstable personnel and insufficient successors, and points out middle and small supervision enterprises to enhance the training of the general supervising engineer, so it provides better space for the promotion, and establishes the vocational development training system, and enhance the integrated quality of the personnel.%通过对国内中小型监理企业总监队伍现状进行分析,指出目前中小监理企业总监队伍面临人员不稳定,后继力量匮乏等困境,提出中小型监理企业应加强对总监理工程师的培养,一方面为员工提供良好的提升空间,另一方面应设立职业发展培训f制度,逐步提高员工整体素质。
