The paper analyzes main diseases of Xiachiyu Bridge, explores the reinforcement design scheme and reinforcement procedure, and mainly describes critical construction points of prestressed steel concrete plate prefabrication, hollow plate installation and concrete bridge deck paving with post tension method, and points out matters needing attention in construction, so as to guide similar bridge reinforcement engineering in future.%针对下赤峪桥主要病害进行了分析，探讨了该桥的加固设计方案及加固程序，着重阐述了后张法预应力钢筋混凝土板预制，空心板安装，混凝土桥面铺装等关键工序施工要点，并指出施工中应注意事项，对今后同类桥梁加固工程有一定的参考价值。
