以杭州市滨江区英飞特电子半导体产业化基地项目为例，探讨了高新技术企业交通影响分析方法，分别阐述了静态交通评价和动态交通评价的具体项目及其评价指标，得出了该项目建设对周边道路网的影响情况，并确定相应的交通改善措施，对今后同类高新技术企业用地的开发建设具有参考意义。%Taking the LED ONE electric semiconductor industry base program at Binjiang district of Hangzhou as the example, the paper ex- plores the traffic impact analysis method of the high-tech enterprises, illustrates the factual indexes and evaluation of the static traffic evaluation and the dynamic traffic evaluation, concludes the influence of the project on the surrounding road network, and identifies the respective traffic improvement measures, so as to provide the reference for the development and construction of the similar high-tech enterprises.
