According to the general design for the overpass at Miansan road, the important hub overpass for the west half ring along second ring road in Mianyang, combining with desgin characteristic of this bridge, the paper points out respective suggestions for the design of urban overpasses, and explores how the human-oriented idea can be embodied and some problems in the general design for the urban overpass, so as to improve the urban carrier and relieve the traffic pressure in cities.%针对绵阳市二环路西半环上重要枢纽性立交——绵三路立交的总体设计情况,结合该桥设计特点,对城市立交的设计提出相应建议,探讨了城市立交桥总体设计中如何体现以人为本的新理念和应当注意的问题,以期进一步提高城市载体功能,缓解城区交通压力。
