The damages of high embankment occurring in recent years, illustrates the severe influence of roadbed damages on safety of road operation. From the perspective of the engineering geological conditions, field survey and design, construction quality, construction cost, time limit for a project the paper analyzed the main causes of the serious damage types of high embankment. Combining with the engineering experiences, the paper proposed the feasibile control measures for high fill subgrade, provides the technical reference for common diseases on high-filled roadbeds.%通过近年发生的高填方路基病害案例,阐述了路基破坏对道路运营安全的严重影响,重点从工程地质条件、勘察设计、施工质量、工程造价和工期等角度分析了高填方路基主要病害类型的成因,结合工程经验,提出了相应的施工控制措施,为防治高填方路基常见病害提供了技术参考。
