从控制和管理投资风险的角度，对投资方的选择、回购价的确定、回购方式及回购期限的选择等方面进行了分析，说明B＇T建设项目操作过程中，政府方应采取的措施和策略，以降低项目投资风险。%This paper made analysis on investor choice, repurchase price determination, repurchase way and repurchase period selection and other aspects from control and management investment risks, described the government should take measures and strategies in BT construction project operation process, in order to reduce the project investment risks.
