针对土建工程结算纠纷的相关问题进行了简要论述，从合同管理、签证管理、人员配备、施工过程中有效沟通、结算争议处理等方面进行了说明，以避免结算纠纷的产生。%This paper briefly discussed some reflections of civil engineering settlement disputes, illustrated from contract management, certificate management, staffing, the effective communication in construction process, settlement disputes treatment and other aspects, in order to avoid the settlement disputes.
