针对目前建筑项目施工现场安全管理现状，就如何做好项目施工现场安全管理工作进行了论述，并提出了几项管理要点，从而最大限度的减少或杜绝安全事故的发生。%According to the safety management situation of construction project construction site, this paper discussed how to do good safety man- agement of project construction site, and put forward several management key points, in order to farthest reduce or avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.
