利用“环境库兹涅茨曲线”分析了世界发达国家典型的“污染一治理”的发展模式，并结合中国现状，研究了对于中国快速发展可资借鉴的经验以及应该吸取的教训，介绍了中国应对环保和经济的双重压力采取的措施，同时对“先污染、后治理”发展模式的公平和前景问题进行了初步的探讨。%This paper analyzes the typical development mode of ＂pollution-treatment＂ in the world by using ＂Environmental Kuznets Curve＂. Combining with the status in China, it studies the experience worth referring for the fast development of China and lessons worth learning for China, introduces measures needing taking for China to solve environmental protection and economic pressure. Simultaneously, it preliminarily inquires the fairness and prospect of the development mode of ＂pollution first, treatment later＂.
