This paper analyzes construction difficulties of the large-scale stadium ceiling with steel structure and external bridge erection, and draws four kinds of construction schemes, compares the schemes from aspect of design, construction principle, features, and cost and so on and finds out optimal scheme, which is implemented through further optimal design. As a result, it achieves good effect.%针对某大型体育建筑主体育场钢结构顶棚及外环马道桥架施工难点进行了分析并得出四种施工方案，从设计、施工原理、特点及成本等方面对这些方案进行了对比，从而得出最佳方案，并通过进一步优化设计后实施，取得了良好效果。
