The construction industry plays a very important role in the national economic development, the efficiency of construction industry directly reflects the comprehensive development level of construction industry. This paper collects relevant data of Guizhou Statistical Yearbook, Guizhou Construction Statistical Yearbook and China Statistical Yearbook, and then establishes the evaluation index system of Guizhou construction industry efficiency based on input-output theory, using DEA to calculate the efficiency value of construction industry in Guizhou province from2007 to 2016 and in all provinces in 2016. This paper analyses the efficiency development of construction industry in Guizhou province from horizontal and vertical perspectives, and puts forward effective suggestions and countermeasures for the development of construction industry in Guizhou province.%建筑业在国民经济发展中具有非常重要的作用,建筑业效率直观体现了建筑业综合发展水平.整理收集《贵州省统计年鉴》《贵州省建筑业统计年鉴》及《中国统计年鉴》相关数据,基于投入产出思想,建立贵州省建筑业效率评价指标体系,运用数据包括分析法测算2007年-2016年贵州省及2016年全国各个省市(自治区)的建筑业效率值.从横向和纵向分析贵州省建筑业效率发展状况,并为贵州省建筑业的发展提出有效建议和对策.
